To San Antonio Free Speech Coalition:

As a participant in previous community marches and/or someone who intends to participate in future marches, I am joining the San Antonio Free Speech Coalition in their lawsuit against the City of San Antonio to defend the rights of the people to march in the streets. Our coalition holds that the recently passed City of San Antonio ordinance on “Parades, Runs, Walks, and Related Events” violates our constitutional rights by charging prohibitive costs to citizens who exercise their free speech by marching in the streets.

Como participante de marchas previas y/o como alguien que participará en marchas en el futuro, you me úno a la Coalición de la Libertad de Expresión de San Antonio en su demanda contra la ciudad de San Antonio en defensa de los derechos de la gente de manifestarse en las calles. Nuestra coalición dice que la póliza que se aprobó por el Concilio de la Ciudad de San Antonio sobre “Desfiles, Carreras, Caminatas y Eventos Relacionados” viola a nuestros derechos constitucionales en hacer cobros que prohiben o dificultan el hecho de ejercer la libertad de expresión y de manifestarse en las calles.
